“make sense”には、
「道理にかなう」「意味が分かる」「なるほどと思える」「賢明である」
などという意味があります。
“That makes sense.”で
「なるほどね」「もっともだね」という意味になりますが、
この場合の“That”が省略されて、“Makes sense.”となることも多いですね。
“Do you see what I’m saying?”
「私の言っていることが分かりますか？」
“Yes, that makes sense.”
「はい、もっともですね」
“Does this make sense to you?”
「お分かりになりますか？」
